This significant investment, announced on June 25, 2025, is set to propel the company’s mission to transform how hotels engage with guests worldwide.
Chatlyn’s platform unifies guest communications across multiple channels, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, webchat, and social media. By leveraging artificial intelligence, the company offers intelligent automation that streamlines hotel operations and enhances guest satisfaction. Currently, the platform serves over 1,000 properties globally, showcasing its growing impact in the sector.
The funding round was led by Smedvig Ventures from London, with participation from notable investors such as angel investor Andreas Burike of AnyDesk, Austrian transport operator Blaguss, and other backers from the hospitality industry. This financial boost will enable Chatlyn to further develop its technology and expand its reach, particularly in key markets like the Middle East, where it recently opened a new office in Dubai.
