The Opportunity: Architect Our Growth Engine

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to be the architect behind our growth engine. This is not a role for a checklist-follower. We are looking for a strategic partner who will work closely with the founding team to build a powerful, data-driven marketing function from the ground up. You will be given a high degree of autonomy and the resources to make a significant impact on our trajectory. How You'll Make an Impact

We believe in focusing on what matters. Instead of a long list of tasks, your role will center on a few key pillars of our growth strategy:

Pioneer a Modern Discovery Strategy: Your core mission will be to ensure developers find Signadot at their moment of need. This goes beyond traditional SEO. We want you to master organic search while also leading our efforts in GenAI Search Optimizations (GEO). Your goal is to make Signadot not just a top search result, but the authoritative answer cited within AI-driven search experiences and conversational AI platforms.
Run a High-Velocity Growth Lab: You will own our growth experimentation framework. We want you to think like a scientist—forming clear hypotheses, designing and launching rigorous growth experiments, and using data to find what works. You will have the freedom to test across various channels, including paid media, content, and developer communities, with a focus on rapid learning and scalable user acquisition.
Build a Content & Community Moat: You will drive a content strategy that provides genuine value to developers and establishes Signadot as a thought leader. This involves crafting compelling technical content that addresses real-world challenges and nurturing a vibrant, engaged community around our product.
