工作职责

1. 负责带领团队进行方案设计，验证，开发，生产交付等工作；

2. 负责和产品团队一起制定项目主计划并监控项目关键里程碑的达成情况，主导解决影响项目进度、质量、人力、成本等问题；

3. 负责研发项目的全过程管理，包括开发策略，资源调配，流程优化及重组；

4. 协调解决项目开发或实施中的技术问题，为项目落地提供强有力的研发技术支持。

任职要求

1. 5年以上智能硬件相关经验；

2.. 熟悉智能硬件相关产品开发流程，带领过完整项目，有量产成功经验者优先；

3. 熟悉智能硬件设计和制造设计各技术环节，了解需求分解，可测性设计，可靠性测试，需求验收，导入量产等环节，并能够对相关环节进行整体技术把控，解决技术问题。

4. 自驱力强，具有良好的沟通和合作能力，具有一定管理能力。

5.有以下经验者优先

（a) 有机器人底盘制造，电机驱动，导航、定位、感知功能实现，嵌入式系统设计、app设计与交付相关的经验（有一即可）；

（b) 有成本把控和供应链方面的经验；

（c) 具备良好的英语沟通能力。
