投资经理

投资经理/总监（infra、云计算、网络安全等方向）

(base上海/深圳)

岗位职责：

1、通过各种渠道寻找项目标的，并对拟投资项目进行可行性研究、尽职调查、估值及回报分析，撰写相关报告；

2、设计投后管理及退出方案，对已投资项目进行投后管理；

3、及时揭示项目运营中存在的风险并提出相应的解决方案；

4、为已投资企业提供相应的资源支持和帮助。

任职要求：

1、国内/海外名校硕士以上学历，电子信息、计算机、通信等专业毕业优先；

2、3年以上工作经验，有技术专利、产品研发成功案例或知名技术投资案例者优先；

3、具有较强的研究分析能力以及良好的文字表达能力；

4、具有良好的学习能力、理解能力和沟通能力，有良好的执行力及团队合作精神。

Investment Associate/Director (infra、big data、cloud)

based in Shanghai or Shenzhen

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct feasibility study, due diligence, valuation and return analysis for the proposed investment projects, and write relevant reports;

2. Expand project resources and network resources in related fields, pay attention to the latest projects and progress in the field;

3. Conduct regular follow-up visits to the invested projects, notice the possible risks and propose corresponding solutions;

4. Provide corresponding resource support and help for the invested enterprises.

Job Requirements:

1, Master degree or above from prestigious university, major in E.E. /CS/AI/Big data etc is preferred;

2. At least 3 years working experience in R & D and technology related fields, with technology patents, product development success cases or well-known technology investment cases is preferred;

3. Excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin；

4. Strong research and analysis skills and good writing skills;

5. Good learning ability, understanding ability and interpersonal skills, good executive force and teamwork spirit.
